UNDERSTANDING HOW SIGNALING AND CELL STATE DYNAMICS CONTROL CELL FATE

ONE CELL AT A TIME

Our lab is focused on understanding how cellular states and signaling dynamics control cellular responses in the context of anti-cancer therapy. We are a wet and dry lab combining experimental live single-cell approaches with non-linear dynamics and other theoretical mathematical approaches.

We are part of the Charité Comprehensive Cancer Center and the Berlin School of Integrative Oncology.

The lab is located in the center of Berlin at the main campus of Charité – Universitätsmedizin Berlin, one of Europe’s largest university hospitals.

The Granada Lab develops methods that combine long-term live single-cell microscopy with time series analysis, non-linear dynamics and mathematical modeling to track the evolving internal cellular state and the outcome cell fate. Read More
