UNDERSTANDING HOW SIGNALING AND CELL STATE DYNAMICS CONTROL CELL FATE, ONE CELL AT A TIME

Welcome to the Laboratory of Systems Oncology

Our lab is focused on understanding how cellular states and signaling dynamics control responses in the context of anti-cancer therapy. We are a wet and dry lab combining experimental live single-cell approaches with mathematical modeling and non-linear dynamics. Ultimately, we aim to develop novel therapeutic strategies to improve the treatment of cancer patients. The Granada Lab is part of the translational research unit from the Charité Comprehensive Cancer Center in Berlin, Germany.

Research

The Granada Lab develops methods that combine long-term live single-cell microscopy with time series analysis, non-linear dynamics and mathematical modeling to track the evolving internal cellular state and the outcome cell fate. Read More
